Project overview:The ventilation turnkey scope of the BOMESC NFPS Project covers 2 modules (LQ6S, LQ7S). The two modules share identical structure, each with 5 floors, and the indoor architectural dimensions of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are 40m×30m.
For the full ventilation turnkey work undertaken by our company, the indoor part mainly adopts galvanized rectangular air ducts, while the outdoor part uses SS316L stainless steel rectangular air ducts. Taking LQ6S as an example: the total length of air ducts exceeds 3100 meters, consisting of around 3370 duct sections, with 109 penetrations, and the total weight of air ducts is approximately 135 tons. There are 801 sets of equipment including AHU units, fans, dampers, silencers, heaters and filters,514 sets of grilles/wire meshes, as well as a number of instruments such as probe sensors.
