Shanghai Zhaohe Ventilation Engineering Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Suzhou Zhaohe and SWS in April 2020 based on the original Zhaohe Shipping Engineering Company. The Company devotes itself to forging a Chinese professional EPC service provider and domestic platform integrated with R&D, sales, system design and engineering management of marine HVAC air-end products. The Company is a Chinese professional platform of HVAC system and products in cruise, high-end passenger ship and marine engineering projects. The Company is a large HVAC air-end EPC service provider of the domestic first large luxury cruise.

Shanghai Zhaohe now possesses over 100 employees and has six departments, including the HR and Finance Department, Marketing Department, Procurement Department, PM Department, Technical R&D Department and Cruise Project Department. The Company possesses abundant technical strength, over 50 design persons as well as sound design software and hardware. The Company adopts advanced 3D design software (AM, CATIA, INTERGRAPH, etc.) and ERP management software, has the capability of undertaking detailed design, production design and field design support. Its overall design level is leading in the domestic marine HVAC design field. The Company possesses over 40 engineering management persons and cooperates with more than 300 construction persons. This is one of few domestic professional enterprises featuring complete installation, tightness test and commissioning capabilities. Our team possesses high quality and rich construction experience.
