Project overview: TRUNOJOYO 01 is customized for Indonesia Madura Strait. This is a high-end floating production device used for extraction and collection of oil and gas as well as purification of natural gas off the coast. Construction of this platform in Nantong base of Changfeng included two parts: the upper module and the ship body. It is 160 m long and 32 m wide. It includes 8 modules, i.e. the main ship body, living building, upper electric generator, power distribution, gassing, burner boom, etc. Its natural gas handling capacity is about 175 million cubic feet. It is classified into the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
This project began to be designed in 2021. Zhaohe provided this project with spiral ducts, molded air ducts, air duct accessories, stainless steel air ducts, pipe fittings and engineering installation.
